Top of the editor → phone icon.

Use the Hidden Elements panel
Hide desktop-only elements instead of deleting them.

Resize text per device
Mobile font sizes are independent of desktop.

Test on a real phone
Preview is close, but always test on iOS Safari + Android Chrome.
