Step by step

    Sign up

    workspace.google.com — pick Business Starter for most cases.

  2. 02

    Verify the domain

    Add the TXT verification record at your registrar.

  3. 03

    Add MX records

    Replace any existing MX records with Google's (1 ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM + 4 fallbacks).

  4. 04

    Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC

    SPF: include:_spf.google.com. DKIM: generated in Workspace admin. DMARC: start with p=none.

  5. 05

    Create users

    Admin console → Users → Add. Each costs the per-seat price.
