    1Password (best UX, paid). Bitwarden (free self-hostable, good UX).

  2. 02

    Create shared vaults

    By function — Marketing, Engineering, Admin.

  3. 03

    Invite team

    Roles: Owner, Admin, Member. Use SCIM if you have Workspace SSO.

  4. 04

    Import existing passwords

    Both tools accept CSV from Chrome / Safari / LastPass.

  5. 05

    Enforce 2FA on the vault

    TOTP minimum. Hardware key (Yubikey) for admins.
